Die Kamera knipst mit 5 Megapixeln, ist aber von der Qualität der Cybershot-Modelle weit entfernt. Der Musikplayer reicht zwar locker an einen MP3-Player heran, lässt aber einige Features der Walkman-Serie vermissen. Für die Trägheit des Betriebssystems gibt es dagegen keine Entschuldigung. Zwar ist das G900 schneller als alle seine UIQ-Vorgänger, trotzdem ist es langsamer als viele Smartphones anderer Hersteller. Unterm Strich bleibt ein außerordentlich kompakter und gleichzeitig ausgewogen ausgestatteter Alltagsbegleiter ohne Highlights." "
